Not receiving password reset


I cannot log in to my gitlab account. I am being told my password is wrong, which is possible. I then try to reset my password but the email never comes. Obviously I have checked my spam/filters.

My email is definitely associated with an account because when I try to register it says the email is already in use. I also have my old confirmation email.

Please help.

I’m having the same problem. It’s maddening and blocking my ability to do anything.

Likewise, I can’t seem to reach gitlab support in anyway and this is putting me behind on a big project at school.
