I want to run a simple HTML page here on Gitlab and it was working fine. Until a couple of weeks. Since I only get a 404 response I can not debug this issue.
How can I resolve this issue?
I have the same issue!
It worked flawlessly for months, until yesterday when it disappeared.
I haven’t changed a thing and the plain-html example project hasn’t changed recently.
I tried re-running the pipeline, to no avail.
Can anybody help us diagnose the issue?

This is a known issue caused by a regression in 11.4 that should only affect projects with capital letters. Apologies for the issue!
