We are running an self-managed instance of GitLab and are trying to add members (Guests) that can label issues. Looking at the docs this is possible in version GitLab.com (14.2-pre). As we are running an self-managed instance of GitLab I was wondering if these permission settings will also be applied in a future update for the self-managed version.
