Sales request

Hello,

I have made several attempts to contact gitlab regarding inquiry about upgrading our business license, via the contact sales page, help window and info email address. my requests have not even been acknowledged.

Does anyone else have experience with this?
Is it common to wait over 5 days for sales requests to be acknowledged?
Are there any other public communication channels where I can get the interest of a human at gitlab?
