Issue with GitLab.UI.exe

GitLab.UI.exe always popup even I login with my username with password or token or website
*When using login with website after clicked sign in there is no calling the website via my browser *
When using login with token or password after enter username and token or password then sign in there
is will popup GitLab.UI.exe repeatly
git version 2.4.0
