I have GitLab cloud to Jira Cloud integration set up and working correctly for the most part (using the Jira Marketplace App and the Development Panel integration).
Smart Commits work for logging time, and I have a transition ID set up to transition a Jira Ticket to “Done” when a Merge Request is merged in GitLab.
Jira shows branches, commits (if they were tagged with the ticket ID), and Pull Requests.
What’s not working, though, is the transition of the Pull Requests on the Jira Tickets from Open to Merged.
How do I get this to work?
