We have a premium account and we would like to mirror a couple of repositories (Push) to another account which is under the free tier. Is this possible?
Push mirroring is available even in free subscriptions. Paid subscriptions offer pull mirroring. Whether the account you are pushing to has free or not it doesn’t matter.
I push from my (free) gitlab instance to other (free) instances without any problems at all. There is no license restriction on that.
