Secure/Strong Passwords

I was a bit surprised that it is possible using a password like 123456789 in GitLab. Is this the desired behaviour?

I’m operating a server and I have to mako sure that my users following some rules. Setting just a minimum length is not enough for me.

Unfortunately that is the current situation.
