Previously when creating an Epic at any level any issue under that Epic when promoted would show as a child epic with any issues contained in that epic at the parent Epic Issues list. Currently when I am in an Epic and promote an issue under that Epic it now longer appears under the list of issues as an epic along with any other issues under the main Epic.

Currently not showing promoted issues under this main Epic. The two issues in screen shot were promoted/closed to Epics and not showing in the parent Epics Issue List after promotion.
