We had a user duplicate their account and create a new repo so in trying to merge the users I am trying to Transfer the repo from <user1 to . In the [Settings] -> [General] -> [Advanced settings] -> [Transfer Project]. If you type it says “No matches found”, which I believe is because the field is limited to the current users’s ownership. If I click in the [Transfer Project] and look at the drop down my personal groups and my name show up in the list ONLY.
As the administrator of gitlab, how do I transfer a project from one user to another? Or for that matter from one group to another?
I also looked the APIV4, there doesn’t seem to be a way of setting the owner of a project.
