Unable to buy CI minutes for a group

@KniKnaKnorke I checked your Zendesk support ticket #287590 and it looks like it’s now resolved.

This ticket required some manual intervention from our support team. Adding the resolution below while we put a more permanent fix in place.

I see you had an older purchase made. Sometimes older purchases can interfere with purchases being made now. I’ve cleared this old purchase history from the affected group.

I’m having the same issue. Put in all the details, click “Confirm Purchase”, it loads for a while and then just reverts back to “Confirm Purchase”. No errors, no feedback, no confirmation, nothing.

My team has run out of minutes already, so our CI is stuck until I can get this resolved.

Hello @jeromezng i’m facing the same issue, changed browsers, tried 2 cards, still having the same issue…It is a blocking issue and we all team can’t work because we deploy on production using ci/cd.
Please how could we do ?

Hi there! Same issue here. Just in case it helps to have it fixed, the request to subscriptions returns the following error:

"The Contract effective date should not be later than the term end date of the basic subscription."

I hope you can fix it as soon as possible, as my team has run out of minutes. Thanks!

We are also having the same issue on two fronts…

Error one - Using card results in [GatewayTrasactionError] Transaction declined.do_not_honor - Your card was declined
Tried the card other places works fine so it is specific to gitlab.

Error two - Using different card - When confirming takes a few seconds then just returns to “review purchase” option. However IT CHARGES THE CARD but no minutes are added. Did not realize it was charging the card and so we have several charges on the card and no minutes.

We are out of minutes and cannot deploy! On top of that we have been charged repeatedly for minutes we have not received.

Not sure where to put this since there is not like a “customer service” we can call to have this addressed.

Same problem, I see the test payment of 1USD hit my card but I cannot purchase minutes?
Tried corp and private card. Same error “The Contract effective date should not be later than the term end date of the basic subscription.”

Totally stopped for builds now.

Open a ticket, this expired subscription needs to be deleted before you can complete the purchase.

The expired subscription is my current working group that ran out of CI minutes. I am on the free tier. Created issue #4361

Mine is also a free level, only through the support you will get it. They need to clear this expired license.

Open a Support Ticket on the GitLab Support Portal https://support.gitlab.com/ and select “Licensing and Renewals Problems” https://support.gitlab.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000071293

Thank you

filled the payment details and keeps waiting and show this error. Amount of 1$ gets deducted from card and again refunded.
