Hello, the notes doesn’t help us to proceed with our work. Could you please advise on how we can continue using the service? do we need to create a new project but same issue might occur again? We trusted gitlab as it is our first time trying it and wanted to propose to make it a platform for our company however now that such a high priority issue rated with the flag medium and low, we are disappointed. When a user cannot report any issue or use the service you’re providing, in your SLA this is just a cosmetic need?
