In order to buy new storage repo should exceed limit, then “buy additional storage” button appears. But at the same time gitlab does not allow to push commit to exceed storage, “Your push to this repository has been rejected because it would exceed storage limits” message appears. Its infinite loop. So its impossible to buy additional storage. Is there any other ways around ?
Can you share a (redacted) screenshot of where you are seeing the popup errors and infinite loop? I’d like to share it with our engineering teams.
You can view and manage storage in Settings > Usage Quotas, detailed steps in Storage | GitLab The same view allows to purchase more storage.
I don’t succeed in buying extra storage either. And cannot get support.

As we are on it … If I buy extra storage for my account, can I dispatch it to any group I own ?
Please follow the billing, purchasing, subscriptions or licenses support workflow. You may need to create a login in the support portal, and then see the dropdown and form to submit a ticket to get help.
I am using firefox and did not reach any support page. (Did try before contacting you)
But as I think to try chrome after your message … I tried to buy storage with it … and it worked.
That really sad that Firefox is not supported and it is not said when trying to achieve any operation.
