I have the system configured (/admin/application_settings) as such:
However, when I go into a group that I’ve created as a system admin, the Visibility Levels are all unavailable for selection (/groups/group-name/-/edit):
What am I missing that would allow these settings to be selected for a group? Ie, my goal is to create an open source group that will be publicly available, but as per above I just can’t set this up for public accessibility.
