Customers' feedback

Hi you all,
I’m just wondering if gitlab c-e ( self maintained ) supports some kind of customer feedback “process”.

I’d like to allow my beta testers to send me emails or interact via external tools ( read “so something” ) to open automatically new issues, possibly against specific projects .

Do you know if this chance exists?

When they send an email to a service desk email, this functionality can turn the feedback into issues. This requires that incoming email is set up for the GitLab instance.
