Gitlab CE 13.2.3 import project wont stop importing

I have started import of the project from our server to the group via the web interface:

After 10hours it is still importing. Meanwhile we tried to restart gitlab, restart ubuntu and have updated the gitlab… But it is still importing.

Is there any way to kill this import task (after 10 hours I think that I can assume it as dead)?

Have you tried to delete the project and start again?
