I’ve run into a strange behaviour of the GitLab API where user can’t see group projects with users personal access token if the user isn’t added to the project itself with the Maintainer or Developer role.

The user has Maintainer or Developer role in the group itself and it’s inherited to all projects.

Is this intended behavior of gitlab?
