How to approve MR with reporter access level?

Hello!

I have Premium SaaS plan

I want to user without developer access can approve MR.

I read this and this

I do this:

  • create group
  • add user to group with reporter level
  • share project with this group with reporter level
  • setup MR approval rule

But user (with panda avatar) dont have approve button
