I created a new gitlab.com account linked to my github account earlier today, and was seemingly banned a few minutes later with the following message on attempting to log in:
“Your account has been blocked. Please contact your GitLab administrator if you think this is an error.”
Edit: I thought I’d add that gitlab.com is in the list of authorized OAuth apps in my github account.
Any help is appreciated.
I tried earlier today but selected the “Support for GitLab.com (SaaS)” option as I didn’t see the login issues. I got a reply email stating I do not get support via this method if I don’t have a subscription?
I guess I will try again with the “Login Issues” category. Thanks!
On that list there’s an option called GitLab (SASS) user accounts and login issues which I believe is available even for the free tier users (although I could be wrong!).
