as I dont know much about Server Administration, I have some Questions regarding the using of the Docker Registry in GitLab.
My company want to use a local GitLab instance on a Linux server. The GitLab site should be available through the IP, which works fine now. Now we want to push Docker Images to GitLab, too. I’m trying to unlock the possibility for many days. I already set up a Runner and deployed a docker registry. But there is still no option to add docker images in the project.
I read, that it is necessary to gain a TLS-Certificate to make it possible. Unfortunately it’s not possible to gain it with a bare ip-adress.
Am I missing something? Could anyone help me?
