Old MFA recovery codes not working, cannot log in

Problem to solve

Attempting to login, I am blocked by 2FA codes. My 2FA app is no longer active but I have recovery codes. However those codes are from 2021 since it’s been a long time since I’ve logged in, and they no longer work.

Can someone help me reset?

Steps to reproduce

I have tried:

  • Resetting my password, which was successful (still blocked by 2FA after)
  • Logging in from an Incognito window
  • Logging in using GitHub SSO

Configuration
