I’m unsure if this is the right place to submit this, but I want to provide some feedback about your Bug Bounty program. I’ve been actively hunting bugs on GitLab for over a year, and it has been a great experience, ranking among the best for me.
However, over the past few months, the experience has significantly degraded. There have been delays in answering questions and changes in the severity of reports without any explanation. This has been frustrating and has impacted the overall effectiveness of the program.
I wanted to ensure you receive this feedback because I know I’m not the only one experiencing these issues.
