I am unable to login nor reset my password.
When i try the forgotten password option, i recieve no link in my email to reset and i have done this severally
Please will appreciate any help
This is the community support form, your should bring up login issues with the gitlab support team.
If this is an issue with a self hosted instance then you should still be able to log in as the root user or who ever manages access to reset your credentials.

I personally created the account with my company email address. Clicked on forgotten password severally but never recieves any reset link or email
Will attempt now to contact support as suggested. I am grateful
