Unable to add team users & to upgrade to paid plan

Hi,
we are experiencing troubles with the team management. Being in the free plan we had 3 members and wanted to add 2 more (max is 5). But the UI prompt us that the limit is alread reached. Which is not true.

So I wanted to upgrade to paid plan in order to manager more than 5 users and to contact the support center. The upgrade seems to be done. Then after a while the UI prompt us again to make the upgrade! Which is not being applied.
Anybody exprienced anything similar?
How can we solve this issue?

you need to look into Settings -> Usage Quotas to see the complete list of users in your group.
