Lost 2FA for gitlab.com


Is there any way to have 2FA disabled on a gitlab.com account? Not paying attention, received new laptop and phone and now have completely lost the ability to login. Any advice is appreciated.

Can you please submit a new Support ticket, selecting “Two-Factor Authentication” as your Problem Type (see screenshot):
